Working with the Executive Chef of this Luxury Relais & Chatuex Resort, Peter helped bring multiple venues in line to capture the vibrance and integrity of Sri Lankan food with modern twist.

Peter created menus for the different resort venues, streamlined ordering and prep systems, and placed a Senior Chef de Cuisine to maintain standards.
