Join us for an inspiring panel discussion as part of The Curated Plate 2024, hosted by Celebrity Cook Hayden Quinn (Taste of Australia & MasterChef), who will uncover the secrets behind four of the Sunshine Coast’s most talented chefs; Tom Hitchcock (Head Chef of Spirit House), Cameron Mathews (Executive Chef/Partner of Mapleton Public House), Stacey Conner (Head Chef / Owner of Humble on Duke) and myself, Peter Kuruvita.
Upon arrival at the Coast’s newest venue Altitude 9, you will be greeted with a signature Sunshine Coast cocktail. You will also be able to purchase further beverages with beautiful views of the sun setting over the Glasshouse mountains from the rooftop bar.
After the panel discussion and audience Q&A, a curated menu of locally produced canapés will be presented and guests will have the opportunity to meet all of us and have a chat.
